I choose and adapt each session’s contents to respect each participant abilities, physical condition and learning needs.
No need of previous experience to join a session. Just openness to give yourself time and attention.
Previous registration is required. The studio has its capacity and I like to give personalised attention, which is only possible under a limited number of participants.
There’s room to change clothes in the studio, and yoga mats at your disposal (you can bring yours too).

The classes are on a weekly basis with rare exceptions (if I’m not in Vienna on a certain date and not able to host the class online, like on August 28, 31, and between Sept 11 and 22).
New schedules on demand are possible from 4 participants. Gather your friends and ask me for your desired schedules.
