Find the joy of releasing tensions, developing body awareness and stillness of mind.
These lessons are suitable for all body conditions and levels of experience (including zero).
The focus is on developing self-awareness, keeping or improving your spine’s health and mobility, breathing technique and overall balance, strength and flexibility, while training your mind to be here and now.
The classes alternate between different rhythms and yoga techniques from week to week.
Each class contents are adapted to the participants’ needs and physical abilities (if you suffer from any injuries or special health condition, consult with your doctor first).
